Pacific Daily News Some marathon feats are left better unrepeated, while initial attempts can be both rewarding and helplessly frustrating. Such were the aspirations of the 15 dehydrated competitors who challenged the 26-mile, 385 yard course of the third annual San Miguel Marathon Saturday morning. The winner, 20-year old Navy corpsman Keith Crowder, crushed last year's Guam Running Club record of 3:16.16, eclispsing the three-hour barrier with a 2:55:50 clocking. Crowder, who enlarged
